On-Demand Tutorial Quiz Rules

1. Who Can Enter: Any active Rainmaker license holder, age 18 or older at the time of quiz submission. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter the contest. Employees of Randall-Reilly Publishing, EDA or its subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: Complete and submit all three tutorial quizzes with a minimum score of 75% per quiz and you will automatically be entered into the monthly drawing. Month of drawing for an entrant is determined by the the date of the last passing quiz submitted.

Rainmaker license holders may enter drawing once per month for as long as contest continues by resubmitting all three quizzes each month, or until awarded a prize. Entrants are eligible to receive only one prize.

3. Contest Dates: The EDA contest will begin on the first of each month. The prize drawing will be held based on number of contest entries through the last day of said month. Subsequent EDA contests may be continued in the year 2009 and beyond. There is no carry-over of contest entries from one contest period to the next. EDA may conclude the contest program at any time.

4. Prizes: The total retail value of contest prize is $49.99.

One (1) Grand Prize: Apple iPod Shuffle.

5. Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by EDA based on entries obtained via quiz submissions from the first of each month through the last calendar day of each month. The prize drawing for the contest will be held on or around 5th day of the subsequent month.

6. Odds of Winning: Each entrant's odds of winning is dependent on the number of entries obtained by quiz submissions during the month of entrant's most recent passing quiz submission.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing (on or about the 5th day of the subsequent month). Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained within 7 calendar days of notification, attempts will be made to reach the winner by phone or mail. If no response is obtained from the winner by the last calendar day of the drawing month, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. EDA decisions about winners are final.

8. Limits of Liability: EDA has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. EDA assumes no liability for lost or misdirected quiz submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. EDA assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind. EDA reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the EDA website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the contest is compromised in any way.

9. Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the contest is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.

10. Winner Responsibilities: Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.

11. Winner Publicity: EDA may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the EDA website (accessed by other EDA customers). However, EDA stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to customer identity and will request written permission from each customer prior to publicizing any names on the website.
